You can return any item you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it, provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt to advise of its return. In the first instance, please email email@example.com to discuss the return.
Please note that we will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless it is damaged or faulty.
For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items, and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item.
To receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product, simply return the item to us in the condition it was received, in its original packaging, within 28 days of cancellation.
